Bayesian micro-haplotype assembly in autopolyploids - presented by Tim Millar and Susan Thomson: We have developed a new software package "MCHap" for the assembly of micro-haplotypes in polyploids using Markov chain Monte Carlo simulation. This software is capable of assembling known multi-allelic SNPs into haplotypes within pre-defined genomic loci. We will walk through the functionality of the tool and show worked examples of capture-sequence genotype datasets.
