Postdoctoral Scholar - UC Davis Department of Plant Sciences
The Department of Plant Sciences at UC Davis is currently searching for a postdoc to join the Beckles-Crisosto Postharvest Laboratory to work on peach and tomato chilling injury. The candidate will be responsible for the statistical and bioinformatics analysis of individual metabolomics and transcriptomics datasets, and their integration, to develop a global picture of processes related to peach fruit chilling injury quality. The salary and benefits will be provided according to UC Davis policy for the postdoctoral scholar. Salary is based on years of experience as a postdoctoral scientist with a minimum of $60,000 and eligibility for full benefits. This two years position is eligible for J-1 visa sponsorship.
